Greenwich Hotels
Most famously the home of GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), Greenwich is an area of South East London. With its gracious Georgian and Victorian architecture, it has become a highly desirable residential district. Its most notable landmarks include the Royal Observatory, the Royal Naval College and the Cutty Sark, a 17th century clipper ship which has been preserved in a dry dock as a symbol of Greenwich’s maritime history. Due to become a Royal Borough in 2012, Greenwich is also the location of the O2 Arena (formerly the Millennium Dome.)
